Seán Mac Labhraí is the director of Highgate Law, having founded the firm in 2025. He is a solicitor and author on construction law.

Seán read law at Oxford, before joining the Ardmore Group, a major main contractor based in London. He was appointed Head of Legal in 2021, and Chief Operating Officer in 2024.

 

He is a practising adjudicator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a CEDR accredited mediator, and is a Court Assistant for the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators. ​​​
